RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 5-7 days from date received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. We accept exchange for damage on the book/ planner (maybe it’s the binding or anything that might be off), if you find such, please return to us for an exchange .
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item/s to us, please email us at hello@bossplus1media.co.za, use your order number and the word “Return” as your subject. After sending your email, please place the item/s securely in its original packaging and post your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
